Located in the heart of Mykonos Town, this Aegean-styled whitewashed cottage was transformed into a glamorous bar by the world-renowned jeweler Minas. It’s simple yet elegant interior with the fibre-optic ceiling, reflects the constellation of the northern hemisphere’s night sky makes it a one of a kind, truly magical place.

Astra Bar Mykonos is the result of the inspiration of the famous local party-scene figure Babis Pasaoglou. His vision was to enrich Mykonian nightlife with a completely unique and friendly bar, nothing like the huge typical clubs and discos and their often bland atmosphere. So, he created a glamorous yet warm and welcoming bar, where people could be themselves and enjoy music, dancing and quality entertainment. Babis is still there every night to greet and party with his special guests! That is why the most famous rock stars, supermodels, fashion designers and jet-setters are frequently seen there having fun and tasting the house’s exotic cocktails and carefully selected drinks.

Of course, Babis has always been making the most interesting and fruitful collaborations in order to keep Astra Bar contemporary, and also to ensure that his guests are taken good care of. So, since 2003 he has been working as a team with DJ Omiros, a deep connoisseur of the world party scene who has added his unique touch to the place.
