This property’s orientation shelters the guests from the famous Mykonian north wind and intense sunshine during the day, but also offers a wonderful sunset view.

The main features include white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, built-in couches, and wooden pergolas intertwined with Cycladic arches. The villa is surrounded by specially designed areas paved with lush gardens: olive trees, bushes, shrubs, ornamental plants, and cacti among the rocks form beautiful landscapes, creating a particularly relaxing mood.

The outdoor space of villa Hector features a large and elegant infinity swimming pool of 40sq m2.

This property is divided into 3 levels and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

On the Middle Level of Villa Hector guests will enjoy an extra spacious fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 more guests, and a guest WC.

On the upper floor guests will find one bedroom with en- suite bathroom with shower.

And on the ground floor of Villa Hector, which is the pool level, there are one bedroom with Queen bed ,a couch and en-suite bath with shower and french doors opening to the Pool Area, one Bedroom with 2 Single beds ,an ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the pool area, one bedroom with a queen bed ,a couch , and an ensuite bathroom with shower and one Bedroom with a bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The wonderfully structured outdoor area of the property, surrounded by rocky hills and Mediterranean herbs, can provide relaxation and recreation for the guests, providing multilevel lounging and dining area. Sitting areas in the front of the villa, to all of which guests have access to, are designed so that guests can break off into small groups and enjoy their own private space with a feeling of exterior independence enjoying panoramic sea and sunset views.
